Making the Most of an Advertising Internship

Officially, I’m an Intern. But, I hardly feel like that title is an appropriate representation of my experience at Dunn&Co. In just a few short months at the agency, I have filled a multitude of roles – Script Writer, Student, Friend, Ping Pong Champ, Photoshop Amateur, Social Media Guru. I’ve gained so much more than the word intern lets on. Condensing my past few months at Dunn into one blog post is almost impossible. It’s something you just have to experience for yourself. And, I can assure you that whatever you put into this place is exactly what you will get in return.

There are four internship positions available: Account Management and Strategy, Copywriting and Social Media, Design, and Production. This 100-hour program is un-paid and only for students entering their final year of college.  Interns must commit to working in our Ybor City office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 5pm. The program begins May 31st and runs through August 16th. Send your resume to howard@dunn-co.com and specify which internship area you’d like to be considered for.

So, pick a position, and define it however you’d like. After all, it’s your experience.
