ZU (short for Zubrowka) is bison grass-infused vodka that has been enjoyed in its native Poland for over 600 years. Backed by a story that includes the harvesting of special grass fed upon by the last remaining European bison herd living in a primeval forest in Poland, the brand's authenticity had a lot going for it. Dunn&Co. created the package for the US market and helped to introduce ZU in the United States, working with a number of importers over the span of several years. In that time, discerning drinkers and mixologists were able to discover its award-winning versatility and transformative flavor through the advertising, promotions and content we created -- some of which even found its way to fans back in Poland.
