If there was ever a time to prove Grow Financial’s “people over profit” brand promise, it was the COVID-19 pandemic. With a full community lockdown looming, Grow called on us to dream up a way to help.
The result was Grow On Us. Each week of this program Grow Financial threw their marketing budget into the community by opening a community tab at local Tampa Bay businesses. During the open tab period anyone could come into the chosen business and get a free offering: chosen by the business and covered by Grow.
In order to maximize the help given, we ran and refreshed this program for two straight years during the pandemic. Businesses got to keep their doors open. Employees got to stay employed. The community got a bit of comfort with no strings attached. And we proved that Grow Financial puts people before profit, always.
