About the Role
Dunn&Co. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager (Contract) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading website projects from project kickoff through launch – including managing timelines, coordinating copy development, overseeing legal and client feedback and approvals, guiding design and content population, and ensuring a smooth go-live process. This role also supports broader digital initiatives, including app development, email marketing campaigns, and performance reporting.
- Details: Project-based, with the possibility for full-time employment
- Pay: $4,500 – $5,500/month
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: 40hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of website projects: scope definition, timeline planning, resource coordination, content management and population, QA, and launch
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and clients on digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain project documentation including briefs, timelines, budgets, and status reports
- Develop email recommendations and execute email projects, accounting for email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Contribute to QA efforts on web and email projects
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital project management, digital marketing, or CRM **within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment**
- Proficiency in managing digital projects using PM tools such as Workamajig, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and digital production workflows
- Working knowledge of email platforms and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience contributing insights to client reporting, strategic planning, and new business proposals
- Exposure to email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CMS, QA)
- Interest in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
