About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of digital projects across websites, apps, email marketing, and digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll assist with project tracking, documentation, and communication between internal teams and you’ll support client initiatives from planning to execution and optimization, working cross-functionally with strategy, account, creative, and media teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of digital projects including websites, email campaigns, and app updates
  
• Help maintain project schedules, timelines, and status updates across teams
  
• Assist in preparing project documentation such as briefs, task lists, and reports
  
• Work with team leads to help ensure deliverables are on track and meet expectations
  
• Contribute to QA efforts on web and email projects
  
• Learn to use email marketing tools and platforms, supporting campaign execution
  
• Stay up to date on digital tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in digital project management, digital marketing, or CRM within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
  
• Proficiency in managing digital projects using PM tools such as Workamajig, Asana, Trello, or similar
  
• Working knowledge of email platforms and marketing automation tools
  
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and digital production workflows
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CMS, QA)
  
• Interest in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

Salary Range: $42,000–$52,000.
Includes benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Dunn&Co is on a hybrid work schedule, and in the office 3 days a week. We are only looking for local talent, or those willing to relocate.
