Digital & Media Project Coordinator
Dunn&Co. is looking for a Digital and Media Project Coordinator: an over-achiever with a strong work ethic, drive and hunger to enable truly great work. You will provide support to the Digital and Media teams, and be responsible for managing website and application projects. Ideal candidates will be attuned to what is going on in the digital space and have a love for beautiful and functional digital UIs. Full fluency in agency and digital lingo is not needed upon hire, but a willingness to take a crash-course is a must.
Expectations and Requirements
- Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Dependable team player, able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactively drives projects forward and arranges needed resources while communicating next steps to team members and clients
- A self-starter who anticipates and plans for future project needs and problems
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of project management or relevant experience in an advertising agency is preferred
- Experience working with website content management systems
- Experience in managing project timelines, preferably through project management software
Responsibilities
- Attend to the needs of the client and continually look for ways to add value
- Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams on a daily basis
- Manage budgets, timelines, project status reports and invoicing
- Write briefs and client reports
- Assist with digital client dashboards & campaign performance reporting
- Collaborate with agency internal resources (account/creative/production/strategy/media), to execute projects on strategy, on budget and on-time.
- Ensure that communication between teams flows effectively, and that project plans and deadlines are met
- Support the Digital and Media team in administrative tasks to aid efficient and effective management of the department
Annual Salary
