PHP Developer

Dunn&Co. is seeking a motivated PHP Developer who should be comfortable collaborating on digital concepts and executions for a variety of clients within different sectors (e.g. sport, apparel, restaurants, liquor, financial etc.). You will be working closely with other Dunn&Co. staff and will often work with the wider creative team to brainstorm new ideas and solutions for clients. Responsibilities include building, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting clean, web-standard compliant code.

Requirements:

• Full-stack PHP developer, preferably with experience working in the Laravel framework;
• HTML5;
• CSS3;
• Javascript, with ability to use a framework;
• Experience with AJAX;
• Candidate must be able to create HTML/CSS from designs supplied from creative and will be expected to consult with the web design/UI/UX team, playing a leading role in the design and architecture process;
• Full browser testing should be a core skill as well as bug tracing/fixing;
• Experience in mobile optimized web-builds and/or responsive development.

Beneficial:

• eCommerce shopping cart experience;
• Experience in Phonegap or similar mobile packaging software;
• Experience with Github and the Terminal;
• Server administration (set up, create hosting for websites, DNS, email).
