We love working with restaurants. In fact, Firehouse Subs was one of our very first clients when we opened our doors ten years ago. So it seems almost fitting—providential even—that we celebrate our 10th anniversary by welcoming Wok Chi to our roster. And, as we were with Firehouse Subs back in 2003, are thrilled to be partnering with Wok Chi at a very early stage, just one location and a brilliant idea unlike anything in the fast-casual arena. With its concept of fast, fresh Chinese stir-fry, Wok Chi could ultimately do for stir-fry what Chipotle has done for the burrito. So stay tuned. This is one to watch.
