Account Coordinator – Healthcare Division

Dunn & Co. is looking for our next Account Coordinator – a results-driven over-communicator, with a work ethic and spirited drive that is outpaced only by their voracious hunger to facilitate truly great work.

The Account Coordinator will provide administrative and client support to Account Executives, as part of the Account Services department. You will assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing and advertising projects. This will include having a high level of awareness of each client’s business/audience, flawless project management, and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

This Account Coordinator will work in Dunn&Co.’s healthcare division, and primarily on global accounts in the medical device/product/service industry. You’re going to be busy. All day, every day. So, a love of the industry is a necessity.

Responsibilities:

  • You will report to a Senior Account Executive and aid them with day to day tasks on client accounts, including:
    • All project management responsibilities:
      • Job/brief creation, writing of job specifications, creating schedules, production follow-through, and working with the traffic manager to manage/assign resources
    • Attend/participate in client conference calls and meetings
    • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports and other internal/external client communication and correspondence
    • Minutes/note taking for conference calls/meetings
    • Aid your Account Executive in the compellation of quarterly client intelligence reports
    • Securing and reviewing vendor quotes
    • Establishing key performance indicators for clients and projects

Requirements

  • Past experience in project management
  • Understanding our clients’ business on deep level, including all of their products/services, organizational structure, marketing plan, company culture, competitors, and category
  • Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis
  • Attending to the needs of the client and continually looking for ways to add value
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
