Account Director

Dunn&Co. is looking for a dynamic manager who can lead existing accounts and grow our team of account executives and account coordinators. The account director is responsible for managing the process of acquiring new clients and to sustain the overall health, profitability, and longevity of our current accounts. The account director will directly supervise all account service staff, offering support, guidance, and counsel. Candidates should be friendly, ambitious, detail-oriented, and have a passion for all things advertising – especially the rapidly evolving digital space. The account director must be persuasive and compelling in client presentations and possess exceptional communication skills.

Creative Director/Copywriter

Dunn&Co. is seeking a strategic-minded and innovative thinker who can demonstrate an ability to craft both effective and award-winning work, and who is passionate about being a creative leader. You must be a self-motivated and endlessly curious individual who can collaborate to unearth ideas from your team across a variety of media. You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator whose presentation skills, insight and industry knowledge will contribute to new business activities as well as inspire opportunities for existing clients.

Healthcare Account Executive

Our Healthcare Account Executives are responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships while successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects for our healthcare industry clients. You will be responsible for large-budget projects that require an extreme attention to detail. You will be required to wear an execution hat, as well as support the client’s strategy, vision, and business growth. Candidates perfect for this job will be organized, proactive, and have a passion for the advertising and healthcare industry. You must be able to leverage expert knowledge of client business issues and industry insights to provide useful business direction, maximizing our potential as an agency. Our healthcare clients are pharmaceutical and medical product manufacturers, as opposed to hospital networks. Our strong preference is to see candidates with existing pharmaceutical or medical product manufacturer marketing agency experience.

Junior Art Director

Dunn&Co. is searching for a dynamic, strategic, can’t-sleep-at-night-unless-its-awesome Junior Art Director. You should be comfortable in the digital world as you are in the print world, and seek to rule them both. Winning awards isn’t the goal, but your work should aim to be counted among work that does. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Directors and need to play nicely in the sandbox with everyone.

Senior Art Director

Dunn&Co. is searching for a dynamic, strategic, can’t-sleep-at-night-unless-its-awesome Senior Art Director on the verge of ACD. You should be comfortable in the digital world as you are in the print world, and seek to rule them both. Winning awards isn’t the goal, but your work should aim to be counted among work that does. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Directors (both scribes) and need to play nicely in the sandbox with everyone. 7-10 years advertising agency experience needed.
