About the Role
Dunn&Co. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading web and app projects, managing email marketing campaigns and distribution, and generating actionable marketing insights through data. You’ll support client initiatives from planning to execution and optimization, working cross-functionally with strategy, account, creative, and media teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of website and application projects: scope definition, timeline planning, resource coordination, QA, and launch
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and clients on digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain project documentation including briefs, timelines, budgets, and status reports
- Develop email recommendations and execute email projects, accounting for email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Collaborate with the strategy and media teams to implement email campaigns, email automation, and audience segmentation
- Contribute insights to client reporting, strategic planning, and new business proposals
- Stay current on digital trends including platform updates, privacy regulations, and user experience best practices
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital project management, digital marketing, or CRM within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
- Proficiency in managing digital projects using PM tools such as Workamajig, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Working knowledge of email platforms and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and digital production workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with HTML/CSS or web QA
- Familiarity with email campaign platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
- Exposure to media planning and campaign management tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and basic attribution modeling
- Coordinate with developers to implement web tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and ensure data flows between platforms (e.g., web forms → CRM → reporting dashboards)
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and attribution using GA4, CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools
Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000.

Dunn&Co is on a hybrid work schedule, and in the office 3 days a week. We are only looking for local talent, or those willing to relocate.
