DunnHealth is a healthcare advertising team that’s anything but ordinary. We have the technical healthcare experts on our team to give our work credibility and depth, yes. But what truly sets us apart is our ability to bring a consumer sensibility to healthcare work and break through the wallpaper of traditional healthcare advertising approaches.

We have an immediate opening for DunnHealth’s next Director of Client Service. We are only looking for local talent, or those willing to relocate to Tampa Bay.

The DunnHealth Director of Client Service is a key part of Dunn&Co’s executive leadership team. This role has three important functions:

  1. leading and mentoring the DunnHealth account service team
  2. managing all new business efforts, both organic and net new
  3. fostering strong, profitable growing agency relationships with our existing roster of DunnHealth clients

Our healthcare clients include medical device, medical technology, and healthcare services brands. DunnHealth’s clients are largely focused on HCP advertising, with some patient-facing initiatives. A successful Director of Client Service will not only have proven experience and expertise in account strategy, production and traditional and emerging media, but will demonstrate a true passion for the work of the agency and our client’s business. 

The Director of Client Service manages a team of account supervisors, account executives, and account coordinators across multiple lines of business. Yet, the Director of Client Service stays close to the work, mentoring our team in a player-coach capacity. The Director of Client Service must be a dynamic, likable leader who can be persuasive and compelling in client presentations. Candidates should be friendly, ambitious, detail-oriented, and have a passion for all things advertising.
