Having the right wing-person can make all the difference in the world. As a result of our growth over the past 3 years, my personal bandwidth has shrunk such that having someone to help me keep all the balls in the air has become critical. Having Nina Rivera join our team as my executive assistant is fantastic on several different levels. First, her attention to both the big picture and the tiniest details has already proven a lifesaver for me and my schedule.
