Healthcare Account Coordinator

Job Description

Dunn & Co. is looking for our next Account Coordinator – a results-driven over-communicator, with a work ethic and spirited drive that is outpaced only by their voracious hunger to facilitate truly great work.

The Account Coordinator will provide administrative and client support to Account Executives, as part of the Account Services department. You will assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing and advertising projects. This will include having a high level of awareness of each client’s business/audience, flawless project management, and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

This Account Coordinator will work in Dunn&Co.’s healthcare division, and primarily on global accounts in the medical device/product/service industry. You’re going to be busy. All day, every day. So, a love of the industry is a necessity.


  • You will report to the Account Supervisor and aid the full account service team with day to day tasks on client accounts, including:
    • All project management responsibilities:
      • Writing up of job specifications, creating schedules, production follow-through, and working with the traffic manager to manage/assign resources
    • Proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis
    • Attend to the needs of the client and continually look for ways to add value
    • Attend/participate in client conference calls and meetings
    • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports and other internal/external client communication and correspondence
    • Minutes/note taking for conference calls/meetings
    • Secure and review vendor quotes
    • Establish key performance indicators for clients and projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing preferred
  • Past experience in project management
  • Willingness to understand our clients’ business on deep level, including all of their products/services, organizational structure, marketing plan, company culture, competitors, and category
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
