Dunn&Co. is searching for a buttoned-up and organized executive assistant for Troy Dunn, owner and chief creative officer of Dunn&Co. You should be fast on your feet and proficient at wrangling schedules. Troy is in high demand around here. That means you’ll need to buffer him from distraction and keep your pulse on the agency’s hot list so you can prioritize his time accordingly. We’re looking for a jack of many trades who is energetic, optimistic, and happy to pitch in on anything and everything. But here are a few specifics that we expect:
- a college degree
- experience administrating at a high level
- manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Troy (and for other executive staff as needed)
- answer and manage incoming calls
- receive and interact with incoming visitors
- schedule conference calls and in-person meetings (then make sure the conference room is neat and tidy for our visitors too)
- track Troy’s time spent on each project in our internal time management software
- manage Troy’s schedule internally and buffer him from competing needs to maximize efficiency
- review operating practices and think of smart, proactive ways that you can help us do what we do better

Our Healthcare Account Executives are responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships while successfully managing all marketing campaigns and projects for our healthcare industry clients. You will be responsible for large budget projects that require an extreme attention to detail. You will be required to wear an execution hat, as well as support the client’s strategy, vision, and business growth.
Candidates perfect for this job will be organized, proactive, and have a passion for the advertising and healthcare industry. You must be able to leverage expert knowledge of client business issues and industry insights to provide useful business direction, maximizing our potential as an agency. Our healthcare clients are pharmaceutical and medical product manufacturers, as opposed to hospital networks. Our strong preference is to see candidates with existing pharmaceutical or medical product manufacturer marketing agency experience.
Dunn&Co. is searching for a dynamic, strategic, can’t-sleep-at-night-unless-its-awesome Senior Art Director on the verge of ACD. You should be comfortable in the digital world as you are in the print world, and seek to rule them both. Winning awards isn’t the goal, but your work should aim to be counted among work that does. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Directors (both scribes) and need to play nicely in the sandbox with everyone.
